Preferred Customer Agreement

At Williford A.C. & Heating, we believe that "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." That's why we offer our customers the Preferred Customer Agreement. This agreement is renewable each year, and it keeps your air conditioning and heating system operating at peak performance. It also prevents many unnecessary breakdowns. It's like having routine doctor visits, having your teeth cleaned, or having the oil changed in your car on a regular basis.
Most people don't give a second thought to their air conditioner once it's installed, but like many things in our lives, it needs regular maintenance in order to function properly. With a PCA from Williford A.C. & Heating, we will check your system each fall—in preparation for the cold of winter, and each spring—in preparation for the heat of summer.

During the 2 Scheduled Maintenance Visits, We Will Check the Following:

Indoor and outdoor wiring | |
Temperature split across coil verified |

Condensate drain will be cleaned (blown out) | |
Visible ductwork is inspected |

Proper thermostat operation will be checked | |
Heat strips inspected |

The filter will be checked. If the customer supplies the filter, we'll change it | |
Clean outdoor coil, if needed |
Labor Charges
If a PCA customer requires additional maintenance or work throughout the year, standard labor rates apply during the week as well as the weekend if your system breaks down and your call is received before 5:00pm. After 5:00pm premium rates will apply.
Homeowner’s Responsibility
At the time of calling in for any service, please inform Williford A.C. & Heating, that you are a PCA customer. Customers also need to provide service technicians free access to equipment and controls.
Special Low Rate
$129 For 1 system, for 1 year.
$65.00 for each additional system upon initial evaluation.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Not valid with other discounts. Preferred Customer Agreements are valid 1 year from date of purchase.
